Everything in the Chaperone Collective shop is printed to order by our print partner in the UK once you place your order. This page explains what to do if something is wrong with your order, or if you change your mind.
If your order is faulty, misprinted or damaged
Please email hello@chaperonecollective.co.uk as soon as you can, with your order number and a clear photo of the problem.
Once we have confirmed the fault, we will send you a replacement or give you a full refund, including what you paid for delivery. You will not have to pay to send a faulty item back. If we need it returned, we will tell you how.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you change your mind
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it.
- Tell us: email hello@chaperonecollective.co.uk with your order number and the items you want to return.
- Send it back: within 14 days of telling us, unused and in the condition you received it, to: Chaperone Collective, 75 Holme Lane, Bradford, BD4 0PU.
- Return postage: you pay the cost of sending it back. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund an item that does not reach us.
- Your refund: we refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you showing us proof that you sent it, whichever is sooner. We refund the item and the standard delivery charge you paid, to your original payment method.
- Condition: we may reduce a refund if the item has been worn, washed or used more than you would need to check it.
Ordered the wrong size? Please return it as above and place a new order in the size you need, as each item is printed to order.
If your order has not arrived
Delivery estimates are shown on each product and at checkout. If your order has not arrived after the latest estimated date, email hello@chaperonecollective.co.uk with your order number and we will look into it with our print partner. If it has been lost in the post, we will send a replacement or refund you.
